Unable to Save Note

Quick fix if notes aren't saving in Mind Dump.

Issue

  • The Save button is disabled, or changes aren't saved.

Possible Causes

  • Internet connection lost
  • Account not authenticated

Quick Fix

Check your connection

Reload the page and make sure you are online.
If needed, reconnect your internet and retry.

Log in again

Click your profile icon and select **Log Out**, then log in again.
This refreshes your session.
